Mitchell received his Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Sciences from the University of Guelph. He followed this with a Master of Science degree in Medical Science from the University of Toronto, and subsequently completed his Master of Physical Therapy degree at Western University. His extensive knowledge of medical science is demonstrated in his approach to detail with each individual patient, and his understanding of how biopsychosocial factors can affect an individual’s pain. He holds a certification in Acupuncture and is currently working towards his full orthopaedic specialization through the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physiotherapy. When Mitchell is not in the clinic, you can find him on the soccer pitch or exploring different hiking trails in Ontario.

Prior to joining the clincial team, Rodrigo had more than 5 years experience in the fitness industry. He has worked as Personal Trainer at Goodlifefitness and privately coached numerous clients helping them achieve their fitness and weight goals. Rodrigo is a dependable trainer with critical thinking skills and crucial ability to operate under pressure and make valuable changes in his clients life regardless of their age, fitness level or gender. He works with a full range of Physiotherapy patients here, delivering exercise and conditioning, functional range of motion improvements, passive therapies such as a IFC, stretching and muscle release.

Alessandro has always pursued an active lifestyle and hopes to share his passion for health and fitness with everyone he meets. Prior to becoming an RMT, Alessandro was a Certified Personal Trainer with Goodlife Fitness where he found great satisfaction in seeing his clients achieve their goals; whether it was building muscle, improving flexibility, or aiding in the rehabilitation of an injury. As an RMT, he has become adept in techniques varying from Swedish Massage to Myofascial ReleaseTherapy. His goal as a massage therapist is to provide his clients with a concise treatment plan where they can expect to see a reduction in pain and stress levels, and improved joint mobility.

Reeja is a Registered Physiotherapist and a member in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario. She completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy and has been practicing in the field since 2017. Her clinical experience includes motor vehicle accident rehabilitation, orthopaedic conditions, functional deconditioning, sports injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, musculoskeletal dysfunction, and pain management. She is passionate about helping individuals move better, feel stronger, and return to the activities that matter most to them.

Reeja takes a compassionate, individualized approach to care, integrating soft tissue release techniques, Active Release Therapy (ART), and functional exercise prescription to support meaningful, long-term recovery. She has completed Level 1 Pelvic Health training through Pelvic Health Solutions and Level 1 Concussion Management through SHIFT Concussion Management, and is continuing to advance her concussion training. She also pursues ongoing orthopaedic education through the Advanced Integrated Musculoskeletal (AIM) program with the Canadian Physiotherapy Association.
